To advance the education of young people who are or have been looked after or in care through the provision of mental, moral and financial support to attend university or other forms of further education.


To advance the education of the public in matters rrelating to foster care, in particular the need for more foster parents. To advance the education of foster parents. To advance the education of foster parents in matters relating to child safeguarding, food in care and behavioural support.
